Dr. Kirschner treats adults and adolescents with all types of neurologic disorders, and he has extensive training and experience in NCS/EMG, EEG, evoked potentials, botulinum toxin injections, and the management of intrathecal baclofen pumps.
Dr. Kirschner trained at the University of Michigan including medical school, residency, and a fellowship in neuromuscular disease and electrodiagnostic testing. He is board-certified in neurology with subspecialty certification in clinical neurophysiology. He has been practicing in Oakland County since 1997, is on staff at Beaumont Royal Oak, Ascension Providence, and Straith Hospitals, and teaches as part of the clinical faculty of Michigan State University.
Dr. Kirschner currently serves as the president of the Michigan Neurological Association.
